REGULATIONS OF THE "PROFESSIONAL PIERCERS CONFERENCE 2025"

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Regulations are effective from February 1, 2025. 

The terms used in the Regulations mean:

 a) Price – the price for participation in the Conference in accordance with §4 of the Regulations,

 b) Personal Data – data allowing the identification of a natural person,

 c) Conference - the "Professional Piercers Conference 2025" organized from September 12-14, 2025, under the rules specified in the Regulations, 

d) Purchaser – the entity for which an invoice is issued for the participation of a Participant or Participants in the Conference, 

e) Notification – an electronic form of communication regarding the Conference or events related to the Conference,

 f) Organizer – Association Professional Piercers Poland, Krańcowa 16, 87-300 Brodnica, contact@propiercers.pl, REGON: 369618300, NIP: 8741784157, registered under KRS number: 0000721336 in the Register of Entrepreneurs by the Court, 

g) Third Party – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality under Polish law, other than the Organizer, Participant, and/or Purchaser, 

h) Privacy Policy – defines the method of data processing, including cookies and sending Notifications. The Privacy Policy is attached as Annex No. 1 to the Regulations,

 i) Regulations – this document defining the rules and conditions of the Conference, specifying the rights and obligations of the Organizer and Participant,

 j) Registration – an action taken to register the Participant for the Conference,

 k) Force Majeure – an external event that is unforeseeable and accidental or natural (elemental) in nature, such as fire, explosion, power failure, earthquake, flood, cloudburst, riots, actions of civil or military authorities, war, acts of terrorism (including cyberattacks), 

l) Participant – a natural person who has entered into an Agreement with the Organizer in connection with their business activity or profession, 

m) Agreement – an agreement for participation in and organization of the Conference concluded between the Participant and the Organizer at the time of Registration confirmation, under the terms specified in the Regulations.

§ 2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Registration and browsing the website require an Internet connection. A device and Internet network must be used.

§ 3. REGISTRATION

Registration can only be completed by filling out the form available on the website https://pppconference.conrego.app/ under the "Registration" tab. Participation in the Conference is conditional upon reading and accepting the provisions of the Regulations.

§ 4. PARTICIPATION FEE

Participation in the Conference is subject to a fee; however, the Organizer allows "VIP" participation under special conditions for selected individuals who have received personalized invitations. The participation conditions, prices, or discounts are specified at the registration stage. The price includes participation in the conference and discussions. The price includes coffee breaks and a two-course lunch. The price does not include accommodation or travel costs to the Conference. For any additional questions, please contact the Organizer. The Organizer has entrusted the payment processing for the Participant(s) to the service provider PayU, available at https://poland.payu.com/.

§ 5. CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION RULES AND PROCEEDINGS

The Conference is intended for Professional Piercers. Professional profile: Piercers. Dominant industries: piercing and tattooing industry, beauty industry. The Conference is not intended for Consumers. The Conference program is available on the website https://pppconference.conrego.app. The Conference is organized with the cooperation of organizations listed on the website https://pppconference.conrego.app. Promotional materials or informational leaflets may appear during the Conference. Participants receive personalized certificates of participation in the Conference. Certificates will be issued on the last day of the Conference. Uncollected certificates will not be sent by mail. The Organizer does not issue duplicates of lost/damaged certificates.

Participation in the Conference requires Registration, successful verification by the Organizer (meeting the conditions of §5 point 1), reading and accepting the Regulations, and timely payment of the Price (except for participants specified in §4 point 1). Online Conference registration is open until August 1, 2025. Confirmation of Conference participation is the payment of the Price to the account provided at registration. Failure to attend the Conference does not entitle the Participant to a refund of the Price.

The Organizer has the right to refuse participation in the Conference to any Participant who has not made the payment on time. Timely payments are considered those completed within 7 days from the date of issuing and delivering the proforma invoice, but no later than August 1, 2025. In particularly justified cases, contact with the Organizer is possible to modify this provision according to the terms accepted by both the Organizer and Purchaser.

Failure to make payment is equivalent to withdrawing from participation in the Conference. The Participant may terminate the Agreement (cancel participation) at least 14 days before the Conference by sending a statement to piercerspoland@gmail.com. In this case, the Organizer accepts the cancellation, and the paid Price will be refunded via bank transfer to the account from which the payment was made.

The Participant agrees to use true and legally valid data, including Personal Data, which they have full rights to use.

The Participant is obliged to participate in the Conference in a manner that does not hinder or disrupt the Conference and to refrain from any actions that are against generally applicable law, good customs, or violate the personal rights of other Participants, the Purchaser, third parties, or the justified interests of the Organizer or other Participants, Purchasers, or third parties.

The Organizer may ask Participants for general feedback on the Conference, including organization and registration methods. Opinions may be collected through questions or short surveys available in paper or electronic form. The Organizer may collect and publish statistics related to the Conference. The Organizer has the right to send Notifications in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

§ 6. AFTERPARTY

1. The organizer is planning an accompanying event - "5/50 afterparty pIERCING NOW & THEN", which will take place on 13.09.25 after the lectures.


2. Participation in the afterparty is voluntary.

3. The cost of participation is EUR 35 (gross).

4. The price includes entry to the event and a 3-course supper. The price does not include alcohol.

5. Entry to the event can only be purchased at the time of purchasing a conference ticket. It is not possible to purchase separately.

6. Only people who are conference participants and have purchased an event ticket will be able to enter the event.

§ 6. DATA PROTECTION

The Organizer is the data controller. We use SSL encryption protocol. Personal data is processed: a) in accordance with data protection laws applicable in Poland and the European Union, b) in accordance with the Privacy Policy, c) to the extent and purpose necessary to establish, shape, modify, or terminate the Agreement and to properly provide services electronically, d) to the extent and purpose necessary to fulfill the legally justified objectives/interests pursued by the Service Provider, provided that the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.

Personal data may be processed based on consent given by the Participant. Each person whose data is processed has the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, object, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

§ 7. LIABILITY

The Organizer is not liable for: a) incorrectly entered data by the Participant, b) lack of Internet access preventing Registration or restrictions in availability, c) damages or lost benefits caused by providing false data during Registration, d) damages or lost benefits resulting from actions or omissions of third parties beyond the Organizer’s control, e) damages or lost benefits caused by Conference cancellation due to force majeure (unforeseeable events beyond the Organizer's control).

The Participant takes part in the Conference at their own risk and responsibility. The Organizer is not responsible for how the Participant uses the knowledge and skills acquired during the Conference.
