REGULATIONS OF THE "PROFESSIONAL PIERCERS CONFERENCE 2026"

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 1 February 2026.
The terms used in the Regulations mean:

a) Price – the fee for participation in the Conference in accordance with §4,
b) Personal Data – data enabling the identification of a natural person,
c) Conference – the “Professional Piercers Conference 2026” held on 24–26 September 2026 under the rules specified herein,
d) Purchaser – the entity for which an invoice is issued for the participation of one or more Participants,
e) Notification – electronic communication concerning the Conference or related events,
f) Organizer – Professional Piercers Poland Association, Krańcowa 16, 87-300 Brodnica, Poland, kontakt@propiercers.pl, REGON: 369618300, NIP: 8741784157, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under KRS no. 0000721336,
g) Third Party – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality under Polish law, other than the Organizer, Participant and/or Purchaser,
h) Privacy Policy – document defining the rules of data processing, including cookies and Notifications; attached as Appendix 1,
i) Terms and Conditions – this document defining the rules of the Conference and the rights and obligations of the Organizer and Participant,
j) Registration – the act of enrolling a Participant for the Conference,
k) Force Majeure – an external, unforeseeable event of accidental or natural character, e.g. fire, explosion, power failure, earthquake, flood, torrential rain, riots, actions of civil or military authorities, war, acts of terrorism (including cyberattacks),
l) Participant – a natural person who has entered into an Agreement with the Organizer in connection with their business activity or profession,
m) Agreement – the agreement for participation in the Conference concluded upon confirmation of Registration under these Terms.

§2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Registration and browsing the website require Internet access and an appropriate device and network connection.

§3. REGISTRATION

Registration is possible only by completing the form available at https://pppconference.conrego.app in the “Registration” section.
Participation requires reading and accepting these Terms.

§4. PARTICIPATION FEE

Participation is paid. The Organizer may grant VIP participation to selected invited individuals.
Participation conditions, prices, and discounts are specified during Registration.
The Price includes participation in the Conference and discussions.
The Price includes coffee breaks and a two-course lunch.
The Price does not include accommodation or travel costs.

§5. PARTICIPATION RULES AND COURSE OF THE CONFERENCE

The Conference is intended for professional piercers actively practicing and working legally in piercing, tattoo, or beauty studios. It is not intended for Consumers.
The program is available at https://pppconference.conrego.app
Promotional materials may be distributed during the Conference.
Participants receive named certificates issued on the final day. Uncollected certificates will not be mailed and duplicates will not be issued.
Participation requires Registration, positive verification, acceptance of the Terms, and timely payment (except VIP Participants).
Online applications are accepted until 31 July 2026. Payment confirms participation. Non-attendance does not entitle to a refund.
Failure to pay is treated as resignation.
Participants may cancel participation up to 14 days before the Conference by email to piercerspoland@gmail.co and receive a refund.
Participation may be transferred to a third party up to 14 days before the Conference.
Participation obtained through lotteries or competitions is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Participants must provide truthful data and behave lawfully and respectfully.
Animals are not allowed at the Conference.
The Organizer may collect feedback and publish statistics.
Notifications may be sent in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

§6. DATA PROTECTION

The Organizer is the data controller.
SSL encryption is used.
Personal data is processed in accordance with Polish and EU law, the Privacy Policy, and for purposes necessary to perform the Agreement or legitimate interests.
Data subjects have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and complaint.
Data related to the Agreement is stored for its duration and 10 years thereafter.
Data may be disclosed to authorized authorities when required by law.

§7. LIABILITY

The Organizer is not liable for incorrect data provided by Participants, Internet access issues, actions of third parties, or cancellation due to Force Majeure.
The Participant takes part in the Conference at their own risk and responsibility. The Organizer is not responsible for how the Participant uses the knowledge and skills acquired during the Conference.

§8. COMPLAINTS

Complaints should be submitted promptly to piercerspoland@gmail.co with details of the issue.
Complaints are reviewed within 14 days.

§9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Conference title, program, website, graphics, photos, audio, video, and presentations are legally protected.
Unauthorized use, copying, recording, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal liability.
Participants may not remove or alter copyright or trademark notices.

§10. FINAL PROVISIONS

The Terms are provided before concluding the Agreement.
The Organizer may amend these Terms or the Conference program and may cancel the Conference due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case fees will be refunded.
Participants may be excluded for inappropriate conduct without refund.
Polish law applies.
The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.
