REGULATIONS OF THE "PROFESSIONAL PIERCERS CONFERENCE 2024"
§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Regulations are valid from January 01, 2024.
The terms used in the Regulations mean:
a) Price - the price for participation in the Conference in accordance with §4 of the Regulations,
b) Personal data - data allowing to identify a natural person,
c) Conference - the "Professional Piercers Conference 2024" conference organized on September 20-22.2024 on the terms set out in the Regulations,
d) Purchaser - an entity for which an invoice is issued for the participation of a Participant or Participants in the Conference,
e) Notification - an electronic form of notifications regarding the Conference or events related to the Conference,
f) Organizer - Professional Piercers Poland Association,
Krańcowa 16, 87-300 Brodnica, kontakt@propiercers.pl, REGON: 369618300, NIP: 8741784157, entered under the KRS number: 0000721336 in the Register of Entrepreneurs by the Court.
g) third party - a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality within the meaning of Polish law other than the Organiser, Participant and/or Purchaser,
h) Privacy Policy - defines the method of data processing, including cookies and sending Notifications. The Privacy Policy constitutes Appendix 1 to the Regulations,
i) Regulations - this document specifying the terms and conditions of the Conference, specifying the rights and obligations of the Organizer
and Participant,
j) Registration - an activity performed in order to register a Participant for participation in the Conference,
k) force majeure - an external event, unforeseeable,
of an accidental or natural (natural) nature, such as: fire, explosion, power failure, earthquake, flood, cloudburst, riots, actions of civil or military authorities, war, acts of terrorism (including cyber attacks),
l) Participant - a natural person who concluded an Agreement with the Organizer in connection with their business or profession,
m) Agreement - an agreement for participation and conducting the Conference concluded between the Participant and the Organizer at the time of confirming the Registration, on the terms set out in the Regulations.
§ 2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Registering and browsing the website requires an Internet connection. You should use the device and the Internet.
§ 3. REGISTRATION
1. Registration can be made only by completing the form available at https://pppconference.conrego.app/ in the "Registration" tab.
2. The condition for participation in the Conference is reading and accepting the provisions of the Regulations.
§ 4. PRICE FOR PARTICIPATION
1. Participation in the Conference is payable, however, the Organizer allows the possibility of participation on "VIP" terms for selected persons who have received personal invitations
2. The conditions of participation, prices or discounts are specified at the time of application at the Registration stage.
3. The price includes participation in the conference and discussion.
4. The cost of meals are not included, only coffe.
5. The price does not include accommodation and travel costs to the Conference.

7. Handling the payment process for the participation of the Participant or Participants during the Conference, the Organizer entrusted the operator of the PayU service available at https://poland.payu.com/
1. The conference is intended for Professional Piercers. Professional profile: Piercers. Dominant industries: piercing industry
and tattoo, beauty industry. The Conference is not addressed to Consumers. The Conference program is available at https://pppconference.conrego.app/. The Conference is organized with the participation of the organizations listed on the website https://pppconference.conrego.app/ and promotional materials or information leaflets may appear during the Conference.
2. Participants receive personal certificates of participation in the Conference. Certificates will be issued on the last day of the Conference. Unclaimed certificates will not be mailed. The Organizer does not issue a duplicate of a lost/destroyed certificate.
3. The condition for participation in the Conference is Registration, positive verification of the Organizer (meeting the conditions of paragraph 5 point 1), reading and accepting the provisions of the Regulations and making the payment of the Price on time (does not apply to participants specified in paragraph 4 point 1).
4. Applications for participation in the Online Conference are accepted until August 15, 2024. The confirmation of participation in the Conference is the payment of the Price to the account provided during registration. Lack of participation in the Conference does not entitle the Participant to a refund of the Price.
The Organizer has the right to refuse participation in the Conference to a Participant who has not made the payment on time.
5. Payments on time are considered to be made within 14 days from the date of issue and delivery of the proforma invoice, but no later than August 14, 2024. In particularly justified cases, it is possible to contact the Organizer and modify this provision in accordance with the terms and conditions accepted by the Organizer and the Purchaser.
6. Failure to pay is tantamount to resignation from participation
in the Conference.
7. The Participant may terminate the Agreement (revoke participation) at least 14 days before the Conference by sending a relevant statement to the e-mail address piercerspoland@gmail.com. In such a case, the Organizer accepts the resignation, and the paid Price for participation in the Conference will be returned by bank transfer to the account number from which the payment was made
8. The Participant undertakes to use real, i.e. data consistent with the factual and legal status, including personal data, to which he has the full right to use them.
9. The Participant is obliged to participate in the Conference in a way that does not lead to hindering or disrupting the Conference and not to take any actions that are inconsistent with the provisions of generally applicable law or decency, as well as infringing the personal rights of other Participants or the Purchaser, third parties or the legitimate interests of the Organizer or other Participants, Buyers or third parties.
10. The Organizer may ask the Participants about their general opinion and level of satisfaction with the Conference, including the organization and the method of registration. Opinions can be collected in the form of questions or short surveys available in paper or electronic form.
11. The Organizer may keep and publish statistics on the Conference.
12. The Organizer has the right to send Notifications in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
§ 6. DATA PROTECTION
The organizer is the data controller.
We use the SSL communication encryption protocol.
Personal data is processed:
a) in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data in force in the Republic of Poland and the European Union,
b) in accordance with the Privacy Policy,
c) to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it and/or properly perform the Services provided electronically,
d) to the extent and purpose necessary to fulfill legally justified purposes/legitimate interests pursued by the Service Provider, and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.
Personal data may be processed to the extent and purpose based on the consent given by the Participant.
Each data subject has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
Personal data processed in connection with the implementation of the Agreement will be for the duration of the Agreement and for a period of 10 years from the date of termination of the Agreement (for the purpose of resolving any claims). The data may also be processed as part of accounting documents for the period required by law.
Personal data may be deleted as a result of:
a) termination of the Agreement and after the period referred to in sec. 7;
b) withdraw consent or raise a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data - if the consent has been given or if the data is processed as part of the legitimate interest of the Service Provider.
The Organizer reserves the right to disclose personal data to entities authorized under applicable law: law enforcement authorities, offices, courts.
§ 7. LIABILITY
1. The organizer is not responsible for:
a) incorrectly entered data by the Participant,
b) lack of access to the Internet preventing Registration or limiting its availability,
c) damages incurred and profits lost by the Participant, the Buyer or third parties, which were caused as a result of providing false data by the person making the Registration;
d) damages suffered as well as profits lost by the Participant, the Buyer or third parties, which were caused as a result of acts or omissions of third parties over which the Organizer had no influence,
e) damages incurred and profits lost by the Participant, the Purchaser or third parties, which were caused as a result of the cancellation of the Conference by the
2. Organizer as a result of force majeure (random events beyond the Organizer's control).
3. Participants participate in the Conference at their own risk and responsibility.
4. The Organizer has no influence on how the Participant will use the knowledge and skills acquired during the Conference.
§8. COMPLAINTS
Please submit complaints as soon as possible from the date of the damage. Please provide your details (name, surname, company name) and describe the irregularities as precisely as possible (taking into account the time and place of their occurrence). Please contact us at piercerspoland@gmail.com.
Consideration of the complaint takes place as soon as possible, but not longer than 14 days.
The date of lodging a complaint shall be the date of receipt of the complaint by the Organizer.
§ 9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
1. The title and program of the Conference, including the website, layout, logos, graphics, photos, audio and video files used to promote the Conference, as well as presentations, are the property of the Organizer or a third party (if marked as such) and are legally protected.
2. The above markings and materials may not be used without the written consent of the Organizer or a third party being the owner of the rights, in particular they may not be used in connection with
with products or services of third parties in a way that may mislead potential customers of the Organizer or otherwise harm the Organizer.
3. Copying conference materials and/or recording the Conference,
and sharing such materials and recordings is illegal and subject to criminal liability in accordance with the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright and related rights.
4. Neither the Participant nor any third party may remove, cover, make unreadable or alter the trademarks, copyright notices or other proprietary notices contained in any Conference materials.
§ 10. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. The Organizer provides the content of the Regulations before concluding the Agreement.
2. The Regulations may also be presented in a different way, at the individual request of the Participant, the Buyer or a third party, if there is a problem with displaying or reading the Regulations. For this purpose, please contact us.
3. The organizer reserves the right to make changes
in the Regulations.
4. Each new Regulations applies to persons who have not yet registered for the Conference or have accepted the new regulations.
5. The Organizer reserves the right to change the program of the Conference, as well as to cancel it in the event of fortuitous events beyond the Organizer's control. In the event of cancellation of the Conference, information about this fact will be provided to the registered Participants, and the fees paid for participation will be refunded by bank transfer.
6. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude the Participant
from participation in the Conference due to the Participant's inappropriate behavior during the Conference. In this case, the Participant is not entitled to reimbursement of the costs incurred.
7. In matters not covered by the Regulations, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
8. In the event of a change or annulment as a result of a final court decision, any of the provisions of the Regulations, the remaining provisions thereof shall remain in force.
9. Any disputes between the Organizer will be settled first amicably, and then by the court competent for the seat of the Organizer.
10. The Organizer does not provide for participation in the E-Conference for Consumers
and in accordance with the rules of participation, including §4 section 1, the Participant is not considered a Consumer.
11. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Regulations. The provisions regarding the amendment of the Regulations shall apply accordingly to changes in the content of the Privacy Policy.
